If my car gets a scratch or ding, can my paint color be matched?

The Service Center at Younger Toyota has invested in the finest paint system available, and is constantly upgrading technology and equipment to ensure that your paint color will have the closest match possible.

Can other service repair work, like an oil change, be completed on my vehicle while it's in the body shop?

Yes. We just ask that you let your auto body advisor know what services you need completed, and we will make the necessary arrangements with our service staff.

How long will the repairs on my vehicle take?

Your auto body advisor will be able to give you an estimate of the amount of time it will take to complete your vehicle's repairs. Additionally, your advisor will notify you periodically of the vehicle's status, and if any supplemental work is discovered.

Will you supply me with a ride home once I've dropped my vehicle off?

Yes. We have a full service shuttle here at Younger Toyota for all of our local customers. Please let your advisor know in advance if you will need to be shuttled.

Do you have rental cars, and if so how do I get one?

Yes, we have a fleet of new Toyota rental cars that are available to all of our customers. Advance reservations are required, along with approval from your insurance company. (Restrictions apply, must be 21 or older, see advisor for details).

How will I know when my vehicle is complete?

Every customer is notified by phone, as well as by email. Also, the advisor will go over the entire vehicle with you to ensure that the repair has been completed to your satisfaction.

What is the warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?

We guarantee all of our mechanical repairs at Younger Toyota. We also include paint jobs, for life! If you experience any problems, bring it back and we'll make it right!

Will I have to pay a deductible?

If your need for repairs stems from an accident, insurance companies determine fault base on the police report of your incident. If you aren't sure about your deductible, call your auto body advisor to find out whether the insurance company has waived your deductible or if you're responsible to pay it when you pick up your vehicle.

If I owe a deductible, who do I pay?

If you're responsible for the deductible, you pay us directly when you pick up your vehicle. We except cash and credit cards, no personal checks.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept; VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not accept personal checks.
