Dave Carroll has been with Younger for 19 years. Starting in sales and finance thus leading to management, he is now General Manager of Operations. Dave resides in Greencastle with wife and two dogs. He loves to play Golf, ride Motorcycles, Ski and surf.
Eric has been in the car business since 2005 and with Younger Toyota since 2007. He and his wife have two sons and a daughter. In Eric’s spare time he is with his family traveling to soccer or dance classes. They also enjoy traveling and weekends at the beach.
Lou has been a salesman here at Younger since 2005 and is proud to say this is the only dealership he has ever worked for! He has owned Toyotas for over 20 years. Originally from Charles Town, WV, Lou now calls Hagerstown, MD home. He has seen many of you often as repeat customers, during service appointments, and just as important referrals. Brian has been in the car industry since 2011 and also started with Younger Toyota in 2011. From sports cars to trophy trucks, drag racing to motocross, Brain’s love of motor sports drives him to stay current on the developments in the automotive industry, which makes him a knowledgeable sales rep. Originally from Deep Creek Lake, MD, this hearty outdoorsman enjoys camping, snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, and kayaking. He enjoys riding motorcycles and has a passion for anything with an engine. Ultimately though, Brian’s a self-avowed car guy. Taking an educational approach to the sales process, Brian will provide you with the information you need quickly, accurately and in a concise and easy-to-understand manner. Do not let the boyish exterior fool you, Gary has been in the car industry since 1968 and still after all these years, he loves coming to work every day. He joined the Younger Sales Team in 2005 and is part of the Toyota Sales Society. Gary will keep you on your toes while enjoying the car buying experience. When he is not working he has a passion for classic cars and likes to go boating. He and his wife reside in WV.

Tim has been in the car industry since 1995 and started at Younger in 2007. Tim grew up in Boonsboro MD and now resides in Clear Springs, MD. He is New and Used car Certified and is able to accommodate any customers wants/needs. Credit Challenged? No problem, Tim has years of finance background to help you understand and navigate a way to deal that works for you. Tim is a runner, completing 4 marathons. On his off time you can find him running on the C&O Canal or the Appalachian Trail.
